During the last few months our staff has been forced to take extra precautions with the COVID 19 pandemic spreading through our area and we have limited staff at the time being due to an employee being infected with the virus. We have only been able to schedule bi-weekly non-emergency repairs and we have done so twice but were unsuccessful catching you at home. I sincerely apologize and will take care of your siding concern myself. I scheduled the siding repair to be completed by myself this week and will contact you by phone shortly.
