This was awesome.  My furnace wasn't working.  When I called, I was greeted by friendly Kelly.  She said that they had just had a cancellation and could send someone right over even though it wasn't an emergency.  Within 15 minutes, Phil showed up.  He diagnosed a bad starter, had the part in his truck, fixed the problem and left.  WONDERFUL customer service, WONDERFUL experience.
