About us
Done & Done specializes in post construction cleaning. You build it, we clean it and your homeowners will love it. We have an eye for detail. From the ceiling to the floors, we dust, vacuum, wipe clean, mop and shine it all. Typically new construction has a lot of dust so we complete the cleaning process multiple times until the home is dust free. We charge $.50/sq ft. We also offer residential pressure washing and window cleaning. $30 per side ground floor + $10 per window. Second story homes are an additional $40 per side + $10 per window.
