I was pleased with the work that he did but I didn't appreciate him jumping from roof to roof and not using a ladder. I also had to supply them with trash bags to haul the stuff away. I called the company to give them this feedback but they never called me back.

I was very pleased with their service. The two gentlemen who provided the work were real personalable. They were very nice, and were able to get there in two days. They were accomodating to my schedule, as well.

One of my gutters was full of water and not draining at all. This gutter was the highest above the ground of all four on my home. The landscaping on the side of the driveway make it dangerous to get a ladder up in reach of the top of the down spout. I felt I couldn't clear the downspout safely with the tools I owned.
After deciding to have a professional do this job, a search of AngiesList showed New Image Maintenance close to my location. My call to New Image was returned in about an hour. They were scheduled to do a large job in my area, so were able to come to my house the next day. New Image cleaned all four of my down spouts and gutter sections including removal of all of the debris from the gutter cleaning. The entire job was finished within 24 hours of my call. The charge was $85.00 but with the 10% discount coupon on AngiesList my final bill was $76.50

Fantastic! On a Thursday within 2 hours of submitting a request for quote on Angies list I had a quote from New Image Maintenance. They were the fastest, and after waiting a day found they were also the cheapest. I accepted the quote on Friday and they had guys out on Saturday. So within 48 hours the job was done. Fast, courteous, cleaned up, can't ask for more! A+ Guys!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Steve called back within an hour of my inquiry and said he could have someone out here the same day in late afternoon. It was indeed late afternoon and the guys looked tired, but they did a fantastic job of cleaning my gutters and clearing the drains. Chris even found a problem with the assembly of one of the drains that he offered to come back and fix. I was so impressed with this young man going out of his way to offer to do MORE work. I would totally recommend New Image and will certainly call them again next time.

They responded to my inquiry right away and were very easy to work with. They showed up quickly and did a great job. I had no problems at all. Their price was good but I don't know what the prices for gutter jobs are and I didn't have any reference.

Steve was prompt in calling me back - I gave him the address of the house ( my mother's house ) and described the rotting corner of the eaves- also told him the gutters were just packed full and needed cleaning. He went and looked things over, and called me with his estimate which I OK'd. ( $420 for the roof eave repair, painted to match the existing, and $100 for the gutter cleaning ) I gave him the go-ahead and was not able to inspect til the week after. He did an excellent job on the corner repair- If I hadn't known, I would never ever guess a repair had been made! Seams/joins on the wood almost invisible, and paint perfectly blended with the rest of the roof eaves! VERY HAPPY with his repair! And the gutters were cleaned, no trace of litter or leaf gunk was left! REALLY clean. ( The last guy splattered the windows with gunk.....) Not Steve! -- GREAT JOB! - HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEVE. Thank you- I'll be asking you for another gutter cleaning soon.

Very well. I left a message for Steve about 12:15. He called back 2 hours later & provided an estimate. I agreed to the price & the gutters were cleaned the same day. Steven called back promptly and came out the next day to do the work. He provided the bags and set them by the garage for us to put out for the next pick-up. It was refreshing not to have to rake the muck out of the flower beds.

Due to the fact that the style of my house is so tall and steep, it would me extremely hard for me to clean out my own gutters. Every fall and spring, I look forward to this father and son owned company stopping by and do a very thorough, careful job. I always receive such good cleaning service. I know that they have a variety of other services available but so far, I have only used them for my gutters.
