Just call Dave for your home inspection,HVAC or general home maintenance needs. I have been serving the Northwest suburbs for over 20 years. I do not advertise as my clients all come from referrals of current customers. I guarantee my work. If I can't fix it, you don't pay for it. My rates are typically $50 minimum for the first hour and $40 per hour after that. I do offer free quotes. Many jobs have set fees and are not based on hourly rates. For example, ceiling fans are typically $85 for installation, but $10 less per fan down to $70 per fan. Food disposers are usually $85. I do offer quotes over the phone.

Dave comes quickly in emergency, even on Sunday when the bathtub broke and would not stop running(he instructed me over the phone on how to get the water in the house shut off.
Dave did the home inspection on my Daughter's condo.
Dave is reasonable in cost compared to plumbers and electricians and knows how to do everything and the right way it needs to be done, since he is also a home inspector.
