+ -1 moreI was able to get the truck for a cheap price for a day. I have a10 by 15 unit that is climate controlled. Everything has been going well so far. I can access it form 6 a.m. 10 p.m. whenever I need. They also have convenient bays you can pull into and unload you items. I also have insurance on the unit.
Description of Work: I am currently renting using a storage unit and also used their smallest rental truck to move item.

+ -1 moreEverything has been going fine. I am still using them for storage. I pay each month for a climate controlled 10 ft. by 30 ft. storage unit. Every time I called, availability has been good and they have been responsive to any requests I may have. You can access the unit 24/7, which is nice.

+ -1 moreThe units are very clean and easy to access and enter. Even though we are not using the climate controlled units, I do not feel like the units we have are too hot. We have 24/7 access to the units. I wish they had a multi-unit discount, but they do not offer anything like this. Overall, they are very easy to work with and satisfied with their service.
Description of Work: I have used them for storage. We have two units. One is about 15 by 15 and the other is 15 by 30. We are not using the climate controlled units.

+ -1 moreThey are great. Their customer service is fantastic. Their office works until 6, but they will always call you if you have a delivery to the unit. They even have after hour customer support. My experience has been perfect. They also have 24-7 access service, but you have to request this access and this is for business only. Compared to other facilities, they are very clean, friendly, and organized.
Description of Work: We have been using their services for about ½ a year for storage. We have the biggest unit, which is 20 ft by 30 ft and climate control and on the main floor.

Description of Work: I rented 2 12 by 15 storage units from them. They are very good, but the prices are high. The services are very good. One of the units is climate controlled and the other is not. They have limited hours to access.
