Their cleaning seems very rushed and superficial. Typically one person shows up to clean a two-story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house in 2 hours time. They don't move furniture to clean underneath. Leather furniture is not touched; you can see the dust before you fully enter the room. They miss corners and edges. I swiffered the wood floors myself last week and the amount of dirt I picked up with the damp Swiffer cloth was unbelievable. The change in the look of the floors was very noticeable. We are actively seeking a new cleaning service.

I have worked with them for several years. I feel very comfortable with the job they job and friendly people. They explain what they are about to do and let you know their needs on time. The quality of their work is very good. I liked their services a lot and will use the same in future.

They sanitized after we removed water/carpetry/flooring. Once we were ready for them they came out. They sanitized, looked for mold behind baseboards and recommended two dehumidifiers for the area which we bought and put in place ourselves. They could offer them through the company but told us it would be far cheaper to buy our own than to use theirs. They were efficient and professional and worked in a timely manner.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST CLEANING JOBS WE EVER EXPERIENCED. CLEANERS THAT COST SIGNIFICANTLY LESS IN THE PAST PERFORMED BETTER. HIGHLIGHTS (OR "LOWLIGHTS") INCLUDE: ARRIVING 20 MINS. LATE WITHOUT APOLOGY, WALKED IN WITH THEIR SHOES ON WITHOUT SLIP-COVERS ON THEM, DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO THEM BEFOREHAND E.G. USING OUR VACUUM CLEANER, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (WE CAUGHT ONE OF THE CLEANERS USING OUR WEIGHING SCALES), DISMANTLING THE SINK PLUG AND NOT REPLACING IT, ETC. JIM, WHO MANAGES THE BUSINESS WAS PROFESSIONAL BUT EVERYONE ELSE WE INTERACTED WITH WAS NOT, INCLUDING THE OFFICE MANAGER. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND AGAINST ANYONE ELSE DOING SO.

I FINALLY HAD TO FIRE THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR DISHONESTY.
