Raise-rite did an excellent job. They worked quickly and neatly. Very nice finished work.

It went very well. The slabs looked like bad teeth and frankly I did not expect it to come out well. I was hoping for less tripping hazards. But they did an amazing job and it looks really good. They were on-time (moved up my job, too), and were very professional. I would highly recomend this company.

Project went very well. Raise-Rite definitely was more thorough than others who gave estimates. I was concerned about one area, but Raise-Rite looked at the entire walkway - and I could see where the other sections were uneven. Other vendors did not notice this. Months later we are very happy - wish we had done it years ago. Strangely, it feels like a new walkway. Good contact with company, workers kept the area clean with this messy job, and explained after-work procedures - i.e. do not walk on for x amount of time.

I was going to use them. They were within the same rate as the one that I did choose, but they could not guarantee. They said didn't feel that it would stay up, so I didn't feel like spending a thousand dollars with them. I would have used them. They were in the middle of the road. I wanted to to use them because they were on your list. When I called them the guy said he felt as though garage slabs sink and he could not warranty it. That stopped me right there. If he would have given a warranty he would've been doing the job.

Techs used polyurethane instead of traditional sand/concrete mix. They didn't explain that any over-lifting could easily occur and couldn't be corrected. The driveway now has high-spots on opposite end of where they lifted. I called to see what options were available to correct and they did not follow-up. Additionally, there are numerous hairline cracks in the concrete slabs in the garage. If I could go back in time, I'd stay away from the polyurethane product.

Our home was being prepared for market. The front porch had sunk over the years, so we hired Raise-Rite based on the Angie's List reviews. The crew was there when I arrived. They had arrived more than 30 minutes early and started work. After a few hours, I realized that work had stopped. Although they knew I was in the house, they did not let me know they were finished. Instead, they stuck the bill in the mailbox. When I realized they were done, I went to look at the work. The porch was pulled away farther from the house and raised above the front of the threshold. It looked terrible! The crew was sitting in their truck down the street. I approached them to discuss the work but they said I had to call the office. They would not get out to look at what they had done. When I called the office, they asked for pictures of the work which I provided. However, they said nothing could be done unless I paid them additional labor costs. I was very unhappy with their work and their response.

Estimate occurred as scheduled and was provided the same day. The estimator was professional and answered all questions. Work was quickly scheduled on acceptance of the estimate, was executed on schedule, and had outstanding results, leveling the sidewalk without disturbing the adjacent landscaping and without any debris left after the work was completed. Follow up work to caulk the preexisting cracks from the settling (no new cracks were created during the work).

needed 6 inches plus of raising. Went OK but probably should have raised more sections so the walk was more level than ramped.

I am pleased with the outcome. My sidewalk looks great for a fraction of the cost of a new sidewalk! Received an estimate quickly and the work was done to my satisfaction.

Office was very professional in discussing my needs over the phone and offered to provide an initial estimate if I could e-mail them photos of the relevant sidewalk slabs. When I went to their Website to fill out a request-for-evaluation, I received a prompt response from Greg Moffett, indicating that he would be by within 5 days to estimate the work.
In about 5 days, I received a detailed email describing all aspects of the job, but indicating that the work I requested was not suitable for their service (lifting/'mudjacking'). I appreciated their candor in coming right out and saying that they could not help me with my problem. I continued to search for other concrete contractors on Angie's.

Water sloped towards house and now is back to its original level and pitches away. Great company from the initial contact with the office (Joyce), to the estimator (Greg), to the crew (Francisco). Price was a bit higher than competitor's, but they are from farther away and was told their crews have been with them over 15 years. Thought that was worth the extra money. Overall, a great experience with this company!
