Technician came out, I spoke to him for a bit about what he was going to do. I thought he was going to calibrate a bunch of stuff and maybe spend a couple of hours on doing that. All he did basically was flush out the system using a descaling solution. In retrospect, after some research, I could have easily done that. I'm quite handy! The "kicker" was they charged $546.00 for about HALF hour of work! Never again. I learned my lesson. Learn from me. Expensive lesson.

They were very professional, timely, and clean. I couldn't have been more pleased. They will be doing additional work for us as well.
