We had a horrible experience with this company. False and misleading tactics, poor craftsmanship and zero customer service. I've been trying to get them to fix this since 2017. They did the siding on our house in 2013, we have a 10 year full warranty for workmanship defects and improper installation. I’ve contacted them several times and they aren’t responding. We’ve had the village of Bolingbrook inspector out and he confirmed we have significant water damage to our house. We’ve had multiple contractors look at our house and they’ve all said the same thing . That our siding was not only poorly installed but incorrectly installed. They didn’t have the right materials so they cut corners with the installation resulting in major damage to our home. My siding is poorly cut, pulling away from our house (leaving huge gaps), they cut the siding around our gutters and water is getting behind the house wrap, all the corners of our house are missing the corner pieces, etc. Poorly and incorrectly installed! AND they took all our house shutters after I told them twice NOT to take them.

The service was perfect. They were very good. They did what they said they would do. They left the area very clean before they left. I would recommend them to a friend.

The insurance company agreed to replace 2 sides of the house and the roof. I showed them that I had upgraded the siding when it was built and the insurance company agreed to replace all of the siding because my siding could not be found anymore. They also agreed to tear off the roofing to the wood and replace all of the vents due to the hail damage.
Mid America brought in a crew of 8-10 guys and took off the old roofing and put the new roof on in 4 1/2 hours. They used 30 yr shingles with the moisture barrier underneath. We picked out a vinyl siding that was .44 mm thick. It wouldn't even dent when we hit it with a hammer. Then the team came out for the siding and they tore the old siding off and put new vinyl siding that we picked. These guys set up their scaffolding and nailed the siding just like they were suppose to. If there was a problem that we did not like, they fixed it immediately. They even came back when we called them and told them something did not look right and they took care of it right away. Very good customer service company.
We recommended these guys to our neighbors and they decided to get their home done too.
