Randy, the man who come out, was very nice, but it seems now he didn't try some of the basic steps to figuring out what is wrong with a well. We feel we shouldn't have had to argue, so much to get a refund and we still wonder why they led us to believe they would be out the next day to redrill if the new pump didn't work, then put us off a week, then put us off completely. They had also taken some of our old parts off the well and we had to call them several times to return the parts, so the new well people could proceed. They also left a volt meter attached to some water machine inside my house for about 4 days, then called to come pick it up.
