Great service, Marc came out on a Sunday and arrived within a few hours. Other companies I contacted said it would be a few days before they can send a Tech out. Marc diagnosed the issue and replaced a blown capacitor. Repair was fast and efficient, I am very satisfied. It's a scorcher today, it's 91 degrees and my Air conditioner is back up and running, the family is happy again, thanks Marc.

The provider was on time, and everything was looking great. He came out on a very short notice, and he cleaned up after his work. Very personable man as well. Only thing, he has not followed up with me for my Nicor agreement.

What a great experience from start to finish. Heater wasnt working on a cold Chicago night. Needed someome to get it up and running or I was going to have to go to a hotel. Marc was able to come right out and asess my problem. He was honest and fair and had my heat on again within no time. Didnt try to upsell me a whole new furnace he fixed the one I had. Very fair on price and even followed up with me to make sure it was running a week later. I highly recommend these guys if you want a straight forward honest experience.

Marc showed up on time and was eager to get to work. Almost too eager. Seemed to me that as soon as he discovered I had a new A/C system, he wanted to get through the job as quickly as possible. Maybe it's just his personality or he had a lot on his plate at the time, but seems he wanted to hurry it up and get out of there. Nevertheless, he tested the freon levels and gave lots of advice on things to look for and what to do for optimal performance. Cleaned outside of fan unit and condenser, peeked at the inside unit and answered some questions I had. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Can't fault him for his honesty in saying that with a system as new as mine, I shouldn't have to have it checked every year as long as I do basic maintenance like replace the filter and keep stuff away from the fan and condenser.
