Loren Carpet Cleaners

Brian has been cleaning our carpets in our office for over five years now. He consistently does nice a job for us and we have him on a regular cleaning schedule for our office. He's reliable and his pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for your home or office carpet cleaning needs.

Brian gave me a quote over the phone on our first conversation. The quote was based on the square footage I gave him, I was pleased with it so I made an appointment for him to come out the next week. I contacted him the day before our appointment and asked if he could also clean 2 chars we wanted to have cleaned. He said he would make time for it and provided an estimate for the additional work. When he arrived, he was right on time and went to work immediately. He moved the sofas and tables, cleaned under them and returned them to their original spot with foam pads under the legs to protect both the furniture and the rugs until everything dried. The carpets look great and the chairs came out very nicely also. His price matched his verbal quote exactly ... no surprises! I liked that. I would definitely use Loren Carpet Cleaners again.

Brian arrived on time, was very careful with my wood flooring and cleaned my carpeting. He did a great job, (my carpeting is white, and I have an orange long-hair cat). Also, most of the carpeting is 20 years old, and it looks like new!

I will use Brian again and can give him the highest recommendations! Trust him to give your carpeting a brand new look.

He sent me an email on Friday to let me know the status on how things were going with both rugs, but especially for the one rug that was about 15 yrs. old and has had frequent urine spots by our dogs/foster dogs over the years. He had already processed the rug 2x and let me know it was much better, but still could use one more treatment. He let me know that he could drop the rugs off on Monday. On Sunday evening, he emailed me to say that the 3rd treatment did the trick and confirmed delivery time for the next day.

On Monday, he delivered the rugs and explained what he had done in detail.

The rugs looked great! And most important, great to have the stinky smell gone!



Brian, the owner, went over and above on his service! He is very pleasant, personable and trustworthy.



He charges by the square foot, which is very fair and didn't charge for the extra treatment

on the one rug that had had a lot of dog urination over the years.

We are thrilled we found Brian and will be using him again.

This is the second time Brian has cleaned my carpets. Again he did a thorough job and the carpets/rugs look great. He was very punctual and he spent extra time showing me how to care for my Oriental rugs. His rates are competitive and he does a far better job than the big name carpet cleaners. It is nice to work with someone who takes so much pride in his work.

Most of our house has wood floors, but we have carpets on the stairs and in two bedrooms. In the past we have used big-name carpet cleaners, but they were not good at getting the stains out. The stains would disappear, but they'd be back in a couple of weeks. I thought I was going to have to get new carpets.
But then I heard about Brian, and I decided to give him a try. He did a wonderful job! When he had finished, the carpets looked like new - and they continued looking good for a full year after that. I was very happy with the work he did, and his price was right. Also, it was very nice not to have to buy new carpets!
I'll be asking Brian to do the carpets again soon.
