Hey, I can flush my toilets without causing a biohazard in my basement. It went great!

It took some time to get it scheduled because my husband and I have unpredictable work schedules plus a toddler at home. Gary Jr was very patient with us and once he came and gave us the estimate he was very professional and had all the information to answer all of our questions. We scheduled the actual service right away. They came and had it all done in a day. I had imagined the whole front yard being ripped up but they were able to do it in a very nondescript spot and it didn't even mess with the landscaping! The whole reason we had to have it done was because of tree roots growing into the pipes and causing a couple of small backups downstairs. I had also expected to get the clean out put in then call another plumber to clean out the pipes of the roots, but they took care of all that while they were down there as well with no extra charge. Was very happy to have a positive experience.

The unit was originally installed without service valves. Gary installed the hot and cold service valves as well as  a new temperature release valve. Without these he could not perform the yearly maintenance service the heater required. He then performed the yearly maintenance. He soaked and flush the system with descale solution to remove build-up. He checked and cleaned the inlet filter. He tested for operation - that temperature is holding steady. There was one issue that needed further resolution and Gary immediately called Bosch for technical support.  His service was professional. He arrived on time and I felt like I was well taken care of.
His follow-up is great!

They completed the job in the expected time.  He always does a great work!
