HANSEN MECHANICAL INC

Our furnace was shutting on and off unpredictably. Hansen Mechanical refitted many of our steam boiler pipes, in close proximity to the furnace. This required custom pipefitting and threading. Not too many places and can do this anymore. They also changed pressure gauges,releveled radiators, and replaced the steam valves. The diagnosis of the problem was quick and easy. The owner knew the correct configuration of the pipes without checking the manual. I did, adn hea was dead on. These guys really know hot water and steam systems, they are specialists. I can find no one else as knowledgeable. Unfortunately, this knowledge is very expensive. But, they do quality work, and stand by it. Myself, I am willing to pay the price to get it done right.

HANSEN MECHANICAL WAS PROVIDED BY GENERAL CONTRACTOR JULIAN NORDIC INDUSTRIES. MY ADDITION WAS FINISHED NEARLY TEN MONTHS AGO. WE WERE NOT PLEASED WITH HANSEN'S COUNTLESS DELAYS AND EXCUSES THAT ADDED MONTHS TO OUR PROJECT. WE ALSO WEREN'T VERY HAPPY ABOUT CUTTING INTO AND RE-FINISHING THE SAME WALL TWICE. ONCE THINGS WERE FINALLY FINISHED THE WORK PROVIDED TO US WAS ACCEPTABLE. NOW THAT WE HAVE A SMALL HANDFUL OF WARRANTY ISSUES, IT IS HARD TO GET ANY ANSWERS AS TO WHEN THESE ISSUES WILL BE RESOLVED.
