Very well. The damage was more extensive than the other person's insurance company wanted to settle for, so the owners worked with them (to not put me out) to get the payout upgraded so my car would be fixed to the condition it was before the accident, which included getting me new parts instead of secondhand parts from the junkyard. The owners and staff were great.

If I could give Gary Auto Body 10 stars, I would. There are some honest people left in this world, for sure.

While my car was parked, I was hit at a front angle such that it tore my front bumper off my car. There were some scrapes on the drivers side fender, but for the most part the biggest casualty was my front bumper. Got a few quotes but Gary Auto was the lowest by $100. In general, the quotes were all around the same price. Gary Auto (Brian I think his name was) was very professional, efficient and walked me through the quote: what he was buying new, what he was salvaging from the old bumper, etc. Once I went with him, we scheduled the repair for a few days later. He did the work in a day and a half. The work was flawless, my car looked better than I expected (he buffled out the drivers side fender and it looked great!), and the overall experience was very positve. I would use them again for sure!!.
