FTC’s professionalism, expertise, and quality was unsurpassed! Following a nasty hailstorm, the replacement siding, roofing, and facia was replaced quickly and efficiently and looks as good as new. Project went very well. Crew was professional and timely while management was responsive when necessary including a follow-up inspection to assure complete satisfaction.

Roof was installed in 2002. Experienced leaks in 2008. Many back-and-forths regarding repair attempts and failures. Last contact with them was February of 2018. The woman that took the call promised that someone would call back. Nobody did.

Went well. Roof hasn't leaked since. Small simple repair but needed a professional to do it.

This was a very big expense, but one hopes to have 20 years with a leak free roof after that type of repair.  Instead, my sister's roof began leaking within 9 months after the tear-off and re-roof.  Not only that it was not a small leak and it was not in one spot.
It continued to get worse to the point that she contacted Oury to come out and assess and repair her roof.  They sent their son, who looked around on the roof.  He made a telling comment..."it looks like your flashing is old and damaged.".  I was there with her when he made that comment and I assume that since the roof began to leak so badly and so quickly after it was finished that there was very shoddy workmanship and that they did not replace the flashing when they originally did the re-roof.  The son applied some caulk around my sister's dormers.  
Of course, it continued to leak in her house every single time it rained.  She finally contacted their office after so very much damage had occurred to her living room and dining room ceilings from the repeated heavy leaking.  She told them that she was unsatisfied with the quality of their work and nicely asked that they repair her roof as well as pay for the damage to her ceilings. They immediately "lawyered up".  "We don't know anything...it's in our insurance company's hands and our lawyer's hands."   
She didn't want their lawyer.  She wanted them to do what a stand-up company would do.  Admit their error and re-do her roof.  Oh, and pay for the repair for the damaged ceilings inside the house.  Instead, she never ever got a response from them or their lawyer despite her repeated followups.  
Ultimately, she had to go to another roofing company, Apex Roofing (who we would highly recommend) and pay AGAIN  to have her roof re-roofed just two years after Oury did their poor job.  PLEASE!!  NEVER EVER CONSIDER USING OURY!!  THEIR WORK QUALITY IS POOR AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK

They were extremely competent, polite and easy to work with. They were very responsive. They were just fabulous. Even during the blizzard a year ago they came out and shoveled our roof. They just went above and beyond. There wasn’t one thing that they did that I wouldn’t classify as excellent. They have been unbelievably good.
