Everything turned out great. Donna is a great project manager. I was very impressed with how well the workers made the seams with existing floors invisible.

Donna came & showed samples. Helped pick color and gave advice on how to eliminate pet odors from previous owner. Pt was quick and easy. Work was done beautifully.

Donna responded very quickly to my email request for an estimate.  She came to my house with a tailored assortment to select from.  She provided detailed estimate.  Upon acceptance, installation occurred within a few weeks.  The install team was excellent.  Donna does a professional walkthrough.  She will be the first person I call with future flooring needs.

This is the second time I've used Floor Coverings International.  The first time they were referred to me by my home owner's insurance company because I had a water leak that warped the wood floor in my kitchen.  They replaced the warped boards and then refinished the floor throughout the first floor.  They were very professional and hardworking, and the job turned out really nicely.  I ended up replacing the kitchen cabinets, while I was having work done anyway, and they coordinated their schedule with the other contractor.  Other workmen in the house afterwards commented on what a nice job they did with the floor.  This year we decided to replace the carpet on the second floor with hardwood.  I called Floor Coverings International because I was very happy with the work they had done previously.  They finished earlier than estimated and the second story turned out beautifully, just like the first.
