 + -1 moreWhen I bought my iMac Apple Computer, it included a coupon for a few free months of internet service plus Northwest Airlines bonus miles, so I figured, why not? I don't know if they still do this but now I would never dream of switching. They also sent me a new, free, modem, more telephone filters, new wires and a coupon good for $10 at Amazon.
Description of Work: $39.95 is my current monthly charge for internet access and DSL telecom service. This includes 8 email addresses each with 10MB of free web space. I've been with earthlink for over 4 years and I've subscribed to their DSL service since May 2003. They send a bimonthly newsletter with tech tips, website reviews, free downloads, and what they call Weird Web that I find entertaining most of the time. The modem and software and telephone filters are free if you sign up for one year, and then you own the equipment.
