When I bought my iMac Apple Computer, it included a coupon for a few free months of internet service plus Northwest Airlines bonus miles, so I figured, why not? I don't know if they still do this but now I would never dream of switching. They also sent me a new, free, modem, more telephone filters, new wires and a coupon good for $10 at Amazon.
