I was thoroughly surprised when the owner Fred Zobel showed up in a tow truck (with a grandson tagging along for the ride) on a Sunday towed the car to the shop and returned it the same day Sunday and left it on my driveway with car keys and an invoice in my mail box.. His shop was busy on Monday and he did not want me to be left with a disabled car for another day.
There was no special reason why I expected to be treated in this manner but this way Fred treats all of his loyal customers.
I have been using his service for years. Clear case of a Good Samaritan at work.
