Ed promised the world and didn't even deliver so much as a pebble. He promised ten days to fix. Had my car for just shy of two months, including me having to take the car back TWO TIMES after being told the car is finished and "a work of art". Give me a **** break. My experience was so terrible that my insurance knocked this guy off their preferred list because of my experience, AND they paid to have me take my car somewhere else to have Ed's mess cleaned up at their expense. First time I went to pick the car up from Ed, I noticed a foot long scratch on the front bumper. He fixed while I was there and I left. Then the next morning I noticed the headlights and fog lights weren't working. Would have been great if they actually plugged those things back to the connectors. Nope. Forgot. Brought it back for that, AND because he put a 13 year old power steering unit in my car that whined worse than my three kids do. After picking up the car for a third time and noticing whining STILL, car stalling out, hood and headlights misaligned, and leaking coming from under the car, I called my insurance for the tenth time about Ed, and they had me bring it to another collision shop that has actual current awards, certifications, etc on their walls. No 10 year old certifications here, unlike Ed, who seems to think that his past accomplishments mean something, even though his current work is ****** at best. I don't care if you need a dent pulled out of a jalopy. DONT BRING YOUR CAR TO ED. Shady business. Liar. Excuse maker. Exceeded estimate by THOUSANDS.

Community Auto Body was excellent.  The owner (Eddie) was a pleasure to work with.  He gave me a tour of the facility, introduced me to some of the employees and showed me some of the work in progress.  When I scheduled the work to be done, it was done as scheduled and on time. :)
Eddie told me that  they just don't do autobody work - they are trained to do mechanical repairs.  So when my sons car had an issue with the power.  It wouldn't start without a jump.  I asked Eddie to take a look at it and provide a diagnostic on the Battery, Starter Moter and Alternator. I thought it was going to be a pricey repair.  He provided the service at no charge and determined it was the battery, which only needed to be charged back up.  Has been working great ever since. :D
 I would highly recommend Community Auto Body to anyone.  Thanks Eddie.

I stopped by two other local shops for non-insurance work. One was a national chain that took a quick look at the vehicle and quoted a ballpark figure. Another shop near-by wanted me to schedule an appointment several days later for a quote. I went across the street to Community Auto Body and the owner (Ed Zuniga) welcomed me and performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and gave me a precise estimate. Afterwards he gave me a tour of his clean, hi-tech shop.
While the work was performed, Eddie gave me status updates daily and all work was completed on-time. The quality of the body-work was outstanding. I was so pleased with the work I bought by another vehicle to get six dents pulled.
If I need auto body work in the future, Community Auto Body will get the business.

The people at Community are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I cannot speak for their bodywork as the dings and dents in our bumper had already been addressed by the previous body shop, but I can say that they really do know paint and how to apply it. I believe one of the advantages they have is that they use waterborn paints which are more eco-friendly but also happen to be what most manufacturers are using these days. So it makes sense that they should be more likely to be able to match a car's finish since they are using the same materials as the factory. This job was for 3 stage paint where a base color is applied, the sparkly pearlcoat goes over the base color, and then it is all sealed in with a clearcoat. The skill comes in knowing how to apply and how much to apply of each layer in order to achieve a good overall match. They perform a number of tests in the process to see how well different applications will work toward getting a best color for your car. They don't just rely on some mix formula that and quot;should be rightand quot;. The painting was performed right on time, on budget, and came out looking gorgeous! They matched the paint on the bumper to the rest of the car actually way better than the factory did. I highly recommend this place!

Community Auto Body is my family's regular auto body location. I have had six teenage drivers in the family over the years, so we have needed a regular auto body location. They always provide free estimates, which has usually been the lowest of the three estimates that we normally get. They have agreements with many of the major insurance companies so that I can just take it to them, rather than having to have an insurance adjuster look at it first. Their work is done in a professional manner, and we have always been pleased with the quality of their work. Unlike other places that we have been to, there is no overspray on the car, or missing pieces when they are done. I will go back again if (when) I need another auto body repair

The shop kept me informed as to the status of the car at least once a week, sometimes twice when I called for more details. There were some hiccups, like when a part came labeled incorrectly and he sent it back, but the owner took full responsibility for that and I appreciated it. Most surprisingly, in spite of my work schedule, I was able to get the keys to the car, my payment, and other documents to them outside of their normal business hours.

Eddie, the owner of the shop, was very helpful in describing what needed to be done and how it should be done. He completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and kept us up-to-date when he said it would take longer than expected. When we picked up our vehicle, we found that not only had the damage been fixed, he had also repaired a hail dent at his expense before painting the panel. In addition, the vehicle was cleaned thoroughly inside and out, removing all traces of the yellow lab hairs that had been inside.
