BAD! First, the girl was a half hour late. My house isn't that big, 1800 square feet. Only one bedroom needed to be cleaned. It should have only taken 3.5- 4 hours to clean. She was there 4.5 hours AND I got charged the extra half hour! It was supposed to be a deep clean. She didn't move any of the couches to clean underneath, baseboards weren't cleaned as stated they would be, part of my bedroom wasn't dusted, didn't move stuff to dust. She just dusted around items!! Seriously!! I think I should receive a partial refund. She also was on her phone a lot. My son saw her watching stuff on her phone while she was supposed to be cleaning the kitchen! Would definitely not use again!
