Mostly very well...especially the major work. Repairs were done as expected. The only issues were doing a tire plug when I requested a patch (and they made it right) and an over tightened oil drain plug....both very minor.

Dr kovach is a good surgen but has no compassion before surgery the nurse gave me valium hour and half later they were taking me in to surgery i told staff and dr.Kovach that the meds had worn off thy said nothing they could do no more meds and took me in to surgery and did not take long put while i was in the room because of stress i went into a-fib of the heart because of stress. ii still trying to get the heart back into regular heart beat two and half months later. i have many family members that has had cataract surgery none has had this problem.Cost me 3000.00 +what insur. paid.

The workers were good. They workers were very prompt. I would tell a friend that they do good work. I would recommend them to a friend.

They worked on getting rid of mice that were in my car, that was the most disgusting thing in my life. They didn't do any wiring damage but they just did everything else damaged. I think they probably worked with another group. They did not catch all the mice so I ended up having to go to another body shop that was recommended through all states and in the 24-hours that the car is back, the mice started hanging out again and did not get out all of the odor and mouth-pick. They did a lot of good work for us, everything that they had done for us had been "A" but this incident was horrid. We'll go back to them for standard car repairs but definitely not for any type of this thing.

Disappointed that the price rose about $140 from initial quote. And it took a day longer than they said it would. I don't think the shop did their homework and were scammed by the dealer on parts or were scamming me about needing extra parts. A simple google search tells you what is included when you order parts and what is needed for the repair. I received several phone calls- and quot;It's readyand quot;, and quot;no it's not ready, need a fuel sender and it will cost you moreand quot;, and quot;It's almost readyand quot;, and quot; No it's not ready, need a fuel hose.and quot; and quot;can't get the part, it will take an extra day and cost you moreand quot;. Honestly, I would have been better off taking it to the dealer.

I would use them again because because for one, they are close. I think they are trustworthy. They've given me good service in the past and have been honest with me.

They came with in 20 minutes to tow my vehicle and got the work done quickly! They are always very nice and have good technicians who are able to diagnose problems efficiently. They seem to really know what they are doing.

There was always someone at the service desk. While I am there, they will go out to my car to check out the problem. They offer a free estimates with a guaranteed price in writing.

5 days after I got van back after repair, it failed to start again. I had to have it towed back to their shop. Their technician bent connector on pigtail harness on original repair. They had to replace damaged connector. My husband had to take an additional 2 vacation days from work after taking 2 days off for the original repair.

This is Bartel's new location, at Gary Avenue. The place is clean and bright, looks more like a diner than a car mechanic. There is ample space for the customers, free water, etc. Good, courteous, and fast service. They take pride in getting the job done the same day. Rich was upfront with the costs, and the work required -- no surprises. They shuttled me between their location and my home twice, for free. The work was done when he said it would be. Overall, it was a very good experience. I didn't give them an A because in the end they failed to go the extra mile. For example; they noticed my left high beam headlight was out, but didn't offer to replace it. They didn't offer to review the paperwork with me, explaining the work done. But they were decent and I would consider using them again. Check their web site for coupons. I did, and this saved me $50.
