"Thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry you feel this way. We understand that you had a very detailed conversation with one of our Client Care Specialists last night. It was explained to you completely. The ad is not hiding anything and is very clear. It is $65 to have your unit brought up to Illinois Plumbing Code. It is also an additional charge to upgrade from the unit that is advertised. We advised you of all of this upon the very first phone call and it was agreed upon. We also advised that, if you didn't want the valve, you would need to sign a waiver stating as such, signing off that you agreed to have the installation done without the correct valve that is required. Everything was agreed upon and explained very clearly. All labor and materials for an installation of an Aprilaire 500M is included. This is a part that is recommended for Illinois Plumbing Code. We certainly feel bad for the poor rating and if there was a misunderstanding in reading our ad. We are a quality company that doesn't hide anything from our clients. As you experienced, we were upfront and honest and, if this was not something that you felt was honest, then we certainly wouldn't do the work, yet it was agreed upon. We didn't stay in business for 30 years due to a bait and switch. We have stayed in business for 30 years because we are honest and do right by our clients. Again, we thank you for your feedback and certainly apologize that you feel the way you do."

"Thank you very much for your feedback. We have been going back and forth for a year about the unit that you purchased from us and we thought that your concern had been resolved. However, it seems that it isn't. You Googled the cost of an install. For the amount of work that we did and fixed from the other company you had out who installed your air conditioner, plus the amount of free items that you received, we were VERY fair with our pricing. As for the warranty, that was all approved by you as that is how we do business. EVERY manufacturer requires annual maintenance that is NOT part of a warranty. It's like the oil changes on your vehicles....always chargeable. We are honoring n additional 9 years onto a labor warranty if you stay on our MVP And we make sure you never miss a visit. We also realize that there is a little confusion here. Our water pads are not $59.00. We did not charge you $59.00 for a water pad for your humidifier. Our water pads are $14.00 on the MVP. The $59.00 was for a pad and a cleaning. In business, there is a cost to do business. There is overhead to have a Client Care Specialist answer your call, the building, the lights, the insurance, the tech, the vehicle, etc.....If you find the exact manufacturer's filter, please, be sure that you get it from that manufacturer because they make them to fit their equipment. A lot of the ones sold at local stores are NOT the correct size and cause leaking. However, we will always be here to help in that too! "Thank you very much for your feedback. We are happy that you were very honest with your grading. However, not thrilled about the F in price. We know that we are very competitive in price as we continue to research costs in the industry. We charge flat rate prices and that means that whatever you are quoted, is what you will be paying. No hidden costs. No hidden fees. Upfront and honest pricing. We see that a similar situation happened back in May 2017 when you posted the same rating on a different review site and we discounted your repairs $50.00. It seems that your units are from 2004 and 2005 and that you have payed quite a bit in repairs. We will ALWAYS give you an option of repair versus replacement and, being of the age they are, the repairs are adding up, that's why it has been so costly to you. However, it's a GREAT thing that you are on our Member Value Plan so that you are saving 20% each visit that we are called out to your home for service, and getting the diagnostic fee waived when you decided to go with the repair. We are so grateful that you are our client and we THANK YOU for continuing to trust us in your home.....since 2002 or before! THANK YOU for your continued support! We are here for every possible situation that arises with your indoor comfort and we are so grateful that you continue to be happy with our services. THANK YOU for being our Valued Client!"

"We certainly thank you for your feedback. In reviewing the invoice from 6/14/17 and the recommendation sheet left, there isn't any pricing that adds up to $2000.00. It is our responsibility, as the trustworthy and honest company that we offer repair versus replacement. The highest amount quoted was for the leak search and R22 refrigerant. There was an option sheet given with 3 different options to repair your system the correct way, not to just add refrigerant, leave and have you call us because it leaked out again, which seems that this other company may have done. We have policies and procedures that our highly trained technicians follow and we do it right the first time, or you get a manager to come to your home at no charge. We hope that everything works out for you and that your unit is, indeed, repaired. Please call us for any future services that you may need. Thank you for your feedback and best of luck!"
