AWE was a DELIGHT! Their team on the phone and in person! We called at 8:15 AM on December 26th, got an immediate answer and one of their expert team was onsite and done by 10 AM. They were professional, punctual, and a delight to work with.

The best thing about this company was the communication via text and email. We also liked that they gave us a two hour window of time for the appointment rather than a four hour window. On the downside the service appointment went too quickly. The technician took the vacuum down to the furnace, but according to the main office our furnace only needed to be wiped out. We have lived in our hime for 20 years, and I believe that every time we had a maintenace check and cleaning by other companies the technician vacuumed the furnace. Also the technician arrived in a van with a different company name than the one we had called for the appointment. When we called the office we were told that it was indeed their van: they also own that company. But they failed to tell us this in advance.

Not well, I informed the office that I needed acid for the repairman did not arrive with the Acid for the sump pump

"Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that our plumber did not arrive with the battery acid. Battery acid is not something that we carry as all of our battery equipment is maintenance free. Meaning, we don't ever have to replace the acid. It was not something that our Client Care Specialists would've known. However, there was a note on the call that stated that you were looking for either the acid or the replacement battery so we did arrive with the option of the replacement battery as well as a full explanation. We are unsure as to why our punctuality was rated a B as we had a cancellation and called you to see if we could come early. We are happy to know that that we have met some of your expectations. We are a company of honesty and value and we will continue to show our clients that part of us. Thank you for being our Client!"

Christopher was very courteous and knowledgeable. Instead of just installing the shut-off valve, he inspected downstairs to see if there was a shut-off valve located elsewhere. He discovered that there was one and therefore, did not need to install another one. He even offered to speak to the gas dryer delivery guys to ensure that they are able to install the new gas dryer when they redeliver (they refused to install when they came the first time since they didn't see a shut-off valve). I would definitely use them again.

Wonderful Well groomed you man arrived on time to install the Aprilaire humidifier. Pleasant fellow to chat with about his work while installing the humidifier. Did not like being subjected to upsell for service contract, but that is not figured into the questions responded to above.

The guy who came did a thorough job, very professional and took down the date and time I wanyted to have my airconditioner unit check, clean and maintained. A.W.E is the only company from whom I bought a Home Warranty Policy that e-mailed me asking if I wanted to have my furnance checked. The other companies I dealt with and the past just collected my money and did not bother coming to check our home appliance. I will be working with you for a long time. Thanks for your customer caring policy.

Install took around a day for both and the workers were extremely very professional. They took out the old units, installed the new and cleaned up everything before leaving.
