We are under the understanding that you did speak a Manager of our Company when our plumber was out there the second time. "Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that our plumber did not arrive with the battery acid. Battery acid is not something that we carry as all of our battery equipment is maintenance free. Meaning, we don't ever have to replace the acid. It was not something that our Client Care Specialists would've known. However, there was a note on the call that stated that you were looking for either the acid or the replacement battery so we did arrive with the option of the replacement battery as well as a full explanation. We are unsure as to why our punctuality was rated a B as we had a cancellation and called you to see if we could come early. We are happy to know that that we have met some of your expectations. "We are very sorry that you feel this way. Your scheduled appointment was from 9-11. Our Client care Specialist called before 9a and left a message to go early. We didn't receive a call back. At 8:52a we left a message that our plumber was on his way but couldn't send him until we heard back from you. We didn't receive a call back. At 9:15a we left, yet another, message stating that we had to send our plumber on his way. We didn't hear back from you until 1:00p. We also confirmed the phone number at that time and you agreed that it was correct but stated you never received the messages. Your plumbing call has been booked since 7/17/18, we confirmed the number at that time. We also had the right number when we confirmed the appointment on 7/20/18 as it is the only number we have had for you. We have very strict policies of documentation and confirmation for our clients as we realize how busy you are. We certainly apologize for any misunderstanding that you may have had. We thank you for sending in your frustration and hope that we cleared up anything further confusion."
