He returned the following day to repair the broken pipe and make long-term corrections to avoid recurrence. Professional, punctual, responsive, quick--great experience!

Went well. Armbrust was able to send someone (Alan) out right away. He was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He explained how charges for services were determined. He was later able to return within a couple of hours after the part was delivered to us, and complete the repair. Also, the scheduler at the Armbrust office was friendly and very helpful.

Adam C. is the absolute best! He is kind and professional, works efficiently and always takes the time to answer any questions you have. While it is never fun to have a plumbing issue, whenever I do need plumbing work done I have great peace of mind knowing I can call Armbrust and ask for Adam. The office is nice to deal with as well -- they will work with your schedule to make sure you can get your problem taken care of as soon as possible. I highly recommend Armbrust and Adam C.

Service call went very well. On time arrival: Pat explained the differences in operation from the old system, checked pressures, and hot water heat levels in the pipes running to different areas of our home. Pat also replaced various parts in bath room toilet and sink to stop leaks .

Armbrust has done a great job in all three of my service calls. Jeff has been great, and Patrick was good as well. When you hire them you can be assured they have the experience and knowledge to do the job effectively. And most important, they are fair, not the least expensive by any means, but fair in their pricing. But you can rest assured that they do an excellent job versus paying someone less with lower qualified folks. I rarely give great reviews like this but they have really done a great job and been fair, and are always dependable.

I would recommend Armbrust without hesitation. Our planned replacement quickly became an emergency when the furnace began failing....during Christmas week, with single digit temps. Armbrust had someone out within two hours, gave us an estimate the same day, and scheduled the install for the next day. John identified rebates we were eligible to receive, and filled out the paperwork for us. Jay, our installer, was great--he was on time, treated our home with respect, explained everything he was doing...and did a great job with the install. He even cleaned up some previously installed sub-par ducting and finished right on time. Now the house already feels more comfortable and evenly heated, and we can barely hear our new York furnace running. It's never fun to replace a major system like a furnace--but if you have to do it, call Armbrust.

Rich, the owner, came out himself to assess our leaking kitchen faucet. The replacement faucet that I wanted was a different design than what we had so we weren't sure it would fit. Rich was kind enough to order both a replacement faucet with our current design and the faucet with the new design so when the plumber came out we could put in the faucet that fit. Adam was great. He got to work right away, was neat, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Loved this plumbing company and I would call Armbrust Plumbing again with no hesitation.

Needed someone fast as we were having 25 people over the next day. Armburst informed that I would need to pay overtime on such short notice but I gladly took the option. By late afternoon, Alan arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue with his camera and we were good to go shortly thereafter. He was very clean and professional. I hope I never see him again though, unless he is at a bar, and I'll buy him a drink. :-)
