"Thank you for the input. We at Armbrust recognized this billing structure was unclear and have since made the following changes- We now charge a flat fee that coveres travel to your home and the first one-half hour in your home. If a return trip is necessary, we no longer charge for this. In addition, if a future repair is needed on any piece of equipment that we serviced on a previous call, we will return no-charge for 12 months. This no charge service applies even if the diagnosed failure was not part of the original repair (so long as it is physically part of the original piece serviced). And for our customers with Universal Service Agreements on their heating and cooling systems, this warranty is extended to 5 years! We at Armbrust listen to our customers.
