Very unprofessional company. Would not recommend or suggest them to any professional property owner or manager. 1. They set up an appointment with our tenant for a plumbing repair 3 days in advance, under a Nicor Home Solutions contract. 2. On the morning they are due to come out, they call the tenant refusing to come out (after she’s already rearranged her day and valuable time accordingly). 3. Their excuse was the owner needs to be present to sign their form. Our contract with Nicor requires an adult over 18 to be present. If the service provider didn’t want to attend, they had 3 days to rearrange. As for their excuse that an owner has to be present - not sure how they win any property owner/ manager business if they can’t cope with a simple repair without multiple people looking over their shoulder. Not a professional or trustworthy company. We switched to another plumber assigned by Nicor Home Solutions with no issues.

Tony Joseph was the plumber who came out and preformed the great job. I’m very satisfied with his work. Here is thumbs ? up for him.

Tony called gave me and gave me an approximate arrival time. He was fast, professional and cleaned up. Sewer lines are flowing freely again.

He is really good. He doesn't leave a mess and is always on time. The service was pretty cheap. If there is an emergency they get out here really quickly.

Aqua Flow was assigned to deal with my sewer issue by my insurance company (it was thankfully a covered expense!). I was given a window of noon-4pm that same day, July 3. That was the first good thing; I was pleasantly surprised at the expedited service, being that it was the day before a holiday. Tony called a little before noon, and arrived 10 minutes later. He spent roughly 2 hours, rodding out first the sewer pipes in my basement, then thru the catch basin in the back yard. He examined his work with an underground camera to make sure everything was clear, while he had me run water from several spigots in the house and flush the toilet, explaining that would help clear out any remaining and quot;gunkand quot;. He made sure all was well, before he left. He was hardworking, polite and professional, explaining what had caused the back-up and what he was doing to fix it. Even though I had to pay nothing out-of-pocket, I would definitely contact this company again if another need arose, based on this experience.

Bad communication on what services and products were needed - found better service elsewhere.

Aqua Flow was the plumbing company provided by my Sewer Line warranty program. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and determined to get the job done right. They were very persistent on finding the obstruction after installing the cleanout. The only issue was having over a week's delay due to communication issues with warranty company and scheduling issues. But make no mistake, due to the quality of their work, I would use them in the future with no problem.

New items installed/so far so good! Great cleanup-no mees.

We awoke to a flooded basement due to water pouring out of the bottom of our hot water heater about 6a. We immediately called Aqua Flow plumbing. They were at our home within 2 hours and took care of the situation quickly.

I used to have Nicor Services and had Aquaflow come out for various repairs in the past. I'm no longer under Nicor's plan but was so impressed with the level of service, that I continue to use them.
I had a problem with my water softener shutting down, it was continuously regenerating. We had a storm resulting in a power outage and I was not confident that just resetting the timer would fix the problem. I hadn't had service for the unit in a while so called for an appointment.
Bogdan came out right on time, was very knowledgeable, reset the timer and explained what to do in the future to save on the service call. He also tested my water to make sure the softener was working properly.
Great experience and very conscientious repairman.
Will definitely use in future.

They are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very friendly. They explain things. They are professional. They leave the place clean. I don't have to call them back when they are finished with the job. They had the materials to do the job on hand and didn't have to go back and get anything.
