WE REQUESTED SATIN PAINT FOR THE WALLS SINCE WE WERE HAVING A FAUX FINISH PUT ON BY SOMEONE ELSE. THE CONTACT CLAIMED THAT HE DID FAUX FINISHING SO HE SHOULD KNOW THAT A SATIN BASECOAT IS REQUIRED BEFORE FAUX FINISHING. HE PUT ON MOORE'S FLAT FINISH WALL SATIN PAINT WHICH IS A FLAT PAINT. WHEN CONFRONTED WITH THE PROBLEM, HE CLAIMED THAT THE PAINT HE PUT UP WAS SATIN PAINT AND THEN STOPPED RETURNING OUR CALLS. A PAINTER WHO DOESN'T EVEN KNOW THE DIFFERENCES IN THE PRODUCTS HE USES. WATCH OUT.
