Everything he did was excellent. Their work was excellent. He told me he put a mold retardant in the paint, I appreciated all this. He was always on time, very neat, and clean. Did a good job. Do not remember job cost.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH. THEY CAULKED ANY CRACKS IN THE WOOD TRIM, PRIMED THE WOOD AND APPLIED TWO COATS OF MILDEW RESISTANT EXTERIOR PAINT.
