Andy's Garage service was great. I called and he came out the next date and gave me an estimate and explained to me what had to be done. I scheduled the appointment and he was prompt and very professional. I will definitely refer them to my neighbors and friends.

They did a great job. I was able to pick from many different options, and the installation went well. I would recommend them if you need a new garage door!

Great. Sunday service same price as weekday. And that price was MUCH lower than other places I called. The serviceman, Omar, was prompt. professional, considerate (took boots off when he had to walk through the house to get inside the garage) and friendly. Seemed guininely grateful of the business.

Omar is amazing. He is incredibly professional, smart, and kind. He was patient with us (we had to change the appointment time at the last minute), and he was extremely accommodating. He installed a new garage door opener for us, fixed all kinds of pre-existing problems (we just bought the house), lubricated everything, and installed the garage keypad. He does excellent work, and he is very neat. No stray wires anywhere. We are so happy and so relieved to have someone so good do this work for us. What a blessing! If our other garage door ever breaks, we will definitely call Affordable Garage Doors and request Omar. A++++++++++++

I called and left message for a quote, Omar called back about 20 minutes later and gave me a good quote which I accepted. He said he would be out in about an hour, he arrived in about 1 hour 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about garage door workings, very professional and a very nice guy in general. He did the work needed in about 45 minutes, tested everything and all was good. For any garage door problems in the future I will be calling Affordable and asking for Omar. I was very pleased with the job. I also asked him what he would charge for a job on the garage door I had done about a year ago from another company. He gave me an estimate which was about $75.00 less then the other company did the work for. Good prices, good work. Thanks Omar.

Omar came out and gave us an estimate the morning after I called for an estimate. Our house is 55 years old, but he said the wood garage door was in very good shape and he said he would just put 2 new springs in and a new shaft. Now previously we had a company come out and he told us the garage door, springs, and shaft all needed to be replaced for $1300.00 Omar said the repairs would cost $255.00. Omar came out the very next day to do the repairs. He was right on time, very efficient, quiet, and took the old springs and shaft. What's not to like about this service?

I was absolutely delighted with the promptness, quality and professionalism of their work. They actually arrived early. For a low additional cost they picked up the new garage door at the home center and took away the old door. Would definitely recommend them for any garage work.

I called the company around 1:00 pm on a Saturday and they scheduled a technician for 3 pm the same day with a 2 hour arrival window. Omar arrived at 4:30 and was done in less than 1 hour, fixing the cable and making sure the door worked well. I will use Affordable for all my garage door needs.

Called in the morning. Quoted fair price and scheduled to meet at 5pm to do the work same day. Called back to push back at 6pm which was fine. But waited another hour after 6pm and no show. Don't call these guys. They aren't punctual and also does not respect their client's time. Will never recommend these guys to anyone. BEWARE!

Omar was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and the price was also the lowest.

Omar came out sooner that expected and was able to replace the springs within 2 hours of my call. He had finished a job early nearby and came right over. He was very nice and did a great job replacing the springs. Thank you! (Same company was used for my brother’s house for same issue and did a great job there as well)

Javier did a phenomenal job. Extremely professional, he also provided tips on maintenance to get the most out of the spring he replaced. I would recommend without hesitation.

The men were punctual and did a fine job

Phenomenal. Called late on Sat. PM after our spring had snapped. Answering service set up an appointment for 10AM on Sun., with a 2-hour window for arrival. Sam arrived at 9:58AM. Promptly assessed the issue, provided me a very reasonable estimate, completed the work as promised, did a few additional maintenance tasks and replaced a couple brackets that he discovered needed to be addressed (at no additional fee), in a timely and efficient fashion. Beyond the professionalism, Sam (owner) is an extremely nice guy and I enjoyed the conversation we had while he was completing the work. I would highly recommend Affordable Garage Doors and intend to utilize them for any future garage door needs I encounter.

Affordable Garage showed up right on time (they called first to let me know they were on their way). The work was done quickly and efficiently - no muss no fuss. The old gear was removed and the new one installed - he made sure the door worked correctly both up and down and that the chain drive was working correctly. He knew what he was doing. I would hire this company again.

I called at 10am on Saturday, and he called back immediately and was here within an hour! Work was finished in about an hour or 2, and it works better than it did before it broke! He replaced both springs and the door is very heavy.

My wife was backing up the car and slightly hit the garage door. Roller came off the track and garage won’t close. I was fixing it and pushed it too hard and broke the garage door opener. Called a garage door company who previously worked for us (changed the spring). Technician came and said I need to change the opener and fix the garage door and it cost $675. I agreed. When the job was finished, I can see that garage door was not properly flush against the side wall. I mentioned to the Technician and he said no need to worry as my wife hit the car to the garage door, it won’t flush but he said it is safe. I wasn’t fully convinced but he is a professional and know better than me. Two days later, garage door was rubbing against the side wall during opening & closing and opener was making a noise because of it. I called the garage company and another Technician came. He told me I need a new garage door (I have double door garage). I said this should have been told to me at first time. Then we involved in a very heated argument. Finally, he left and I called his company. Owner apologize and stopped by. He offered me to refund my money which was nice. I told him I really don’t need a refund and just wanted to fix the garage. The owner asked me not to write a bad review for him and that’s the only reason I am not mentioning the company name on this review Then I called Affordable garage. Omar stopped by. He is such a gentleman. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He told me I don’t need a new door. He said it just need a minor tweaking and should be fixed. He fixed the garage and it worked perfectly. And to my surprise, he didn’t even ask me for any money. He said I have already spend $675 and this is not much of a work for him. I told him I get some money back from my previous garage company and mail it to him (waiting for a check from the other garage company). I don’t have to spend additional $1,500 on a new door, thanks to Omar. If you need a good, honest and knowledgeable garage person, then call Affordable garage and ask for Omar. You won’t be disappointed.

My old garage door bent and broke and I could neither open nor close it. Affordable came out to look at my garage the next day, and two days later I had a new garage door and opener. They spent the time needed to deal with my uneven garage floor and made sure everything lined up, closed correctly, and worked perfectly. The door looks great too.

Great! The door was installed quickly and without incident. We love the “new” look with garage door windows for extra light.

I was expecting a call when they were on their way, but did not receive one. They did show up in window that was provided. Service was professional and quick. I would use this company again.

Prompt to take a call and schedule Appointment in 2 hours, so we gave them the job. Technician came at right time and finished promptly. i could use the coupon in their website. The scheduler failed to give me estimate of changing the spring, did not tell me that the service call will be $79 dollars and will be additional charge to the fee of the spring replacement. I see a bad communication, did not like to hear from the technician how they charge.
