Joe was professional, personable and punctual. After I showed him where yellow jackets were entering our attic, he explained how he would treat it and that he would guarantee his work for 2 months. It must have been a pretty big nest because he needed to return an additional 3 times to re-apply dusting powder, never complaining when I called him each time informing that the nest was still active. There has been no yellow jacket activity since his last visit. I feel that Joe did great work for a fair price. He even treated an area in my garage for ants for free! I'll be sure to use Joe for future pest problems.
