Came home one evening in the middle of winter and had no heat. Called Mahkovtz. It was 9 pm, so they were closed and we had to leave a message. They called back at 7:30 am the next morning and were quickly at our house to look at our hot-water boiler. They had installed the heating system five years earlier so were familiar with the setup. Unfortunately, the problem eventually proved to be a sporadically malfunctioning electronic component that was difficult to find because it would work for a while and then stop. They stuck with it, however, until they got it back up and running.
