My carpet is 20 years old and hadn't been professionally cleaned in 10 years. S.I. Cleaners were very responsive and professionional. Estimated the cost on the phone and held to that estimate. Did a very good job in every room with the exception of the last room. He had warned in advance that he would have problems with stains caused by plant over watering. Definitely will use this service again and highly recommend it.

He was very professional when we spoke on the phone. I told him that the grandchildren and declared war on my carpet but to do the best he could. We made an appt. He called before he left to come here. He warned me it would not look new when he got done but he would do his best. HE DID!!! The job he did was amazing! IT was fresh clean and the ''kid'' smell was gone and 5 days later it still is. Stains he said might return because they were so deep set have not reappeared. I am very happy with this companys work,. No complaints and I am very difficult to please and I cannot find anything to gripe about!

I thought Southern Illinois Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning was very receptive. We had to work with them to get into our home while we were not there and they did a really good job.
