They did a good job. They were on time and they come back every six months. They are not cheap. They were very professional. I will continue to use them.

What I really liked about them is that they offer a yearly renewal plan so they'll be coming within a few weeks to do an inspection to make sure that we didn't get any termites since their treatment. For $85 we have them do another treatment for another year. If we end up getting termites we can get out of their contract for free because we are under their insurance program.

We bought a house and inherited the Enviro-tech contract.  We called them for the yearly inspection, and they came out the next week.  No one had lived in the house for several months before we bought it, so there were a fair number of spiders, lizards, and other pests around.  The service man was extremely nice and helpful.  He showed my husband where the "problem spots" were for each pest, and he gave us different remedies to try to catch them.  We had him provide an extra treatment beyond the contract for only $75.
The house had previously been treated for termites, and there were no signs of recurrence when he first came out.  However, upon doing some renovating, we found evidence of termites.  We called them back, and they were out within the week.  The service man explained why the termites were there (wet pine needles sitting on the roof), and he recommended we be diligent on keeping the area dry.  He retreated for the termites at no cost.
We were happy with the friendliness and customer service, but we were also satisfied with the work done and the knowledge of the 2 service men we encountered.

We called Enviro Tech for a basic residential pest control service to get rid of a variety of bugs we were seeing in the home. In general the process went smoothly from our original call to their original visit. The service itself was not very effective. They placed some traps initially and were hesitant to spray any chemicals. This was a surprise to us as our past experience with pest control has been that they come, they spray, the bugs are gone. After the initial service wasn't effective we called them back for a follow-up service at which point they did spray, but even after that service we did not have a significant improvement in the bug problem.

He came out, was very nice and professional. He told us there was not really anything he could help out with. There was no guarantee that what he did would get the situation under control. We had another company come out and we decided to go with the other company because they were able to stand behind their work.

Enviro-Tech was terrific to deal with, starting with the first phone contact. They were the only provider of the 3 we contacted that had someone equipped to enter the attic and deal with the nest directly. The others - Terminex and Orkin - wanted to treat from outside of the house using sprays which would not directly contact the nest. They also (Terminex especially) seemed more interested in selling us a maintenance contract than in understanding our current problem and getting it solved.

Enviro-Tech recognized what we described from the start. They have someone with a beekeeper's suit, respirator and fogger, and never suggested it would be possible to treat from the outside. We called them on Friday afternoon and they had their person here at 9am Saturday. He checked out the situation from both outside and inside, described what he would do and what chemical he would use, and answered our questions. He was personable, efficient and thorough. He noticed that we have other types of wasps around our place, but did not pressure us when we said we can deal with the mud daubers and red wasps on our own.

The whole process took a little over an hour. We still have cleanup to do in the attic, but that will wait until cold weather has killed the eggs. Enviro-Tech took care of the problem at a fair price and were a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend them.
