I have an older house and had some work on the house. It was stopped up, and needed to put some draino in it. I called someone up in Edward area, and they took a look at it. My lines were tied in together with my dishwasher and sink, and garbage disposal. He did that, and ran water through it. The line still backed up. He got his snaked out, and ran it down the line from the clean out area, and one end when I bought the house, and old home. The bathroom was added on later on. The line should have been tied in the new drain line. It didn't. It went into dirt. It was an collapsed septic line. That is what the kitchen was tied to. Every time you filled up water, it would get into the dirt, and take a while to soak it up. He did an excellent job. I got my money worth. I got it fixed. He came out when he said he would. It was not his area. He did it as an favor to my wife, because he knew her. The cost was reasonable. The main thing he was out of his normal area. It was an forty mile hour drive from his shop. He was in the middle of no where. If I can get him to come out, I would use him again. I figure that is probably in line for any licences plumber. He didn't cheat me. I didn't feel like he overpriced me.
Description of Work: He came out with his back hoe and dug the new line, and I have no problems.
