Brownrice Carpet Cleaning

Jasmine Rice, which is the "Rice" in BrownRice came out and gave us an estimate on cleaning the carpets in our home. After she evaluated all of the problem areas she gave us a quote of $150. My husband and I thought that was pretty low but we figured even if she didn't do the best job the carpets would still be cleaner that what they were before she came. So we left for a few hours to give her some time to preform her services. When we came back, my husband and I were shocked. First of this young lady ,moved ALL of the furniture in the rooms in order to clean the WHOLE carpet and didn't just clean around it. Second, she was able to get out a 2 year old fruit pinch stain that was in my sons room and bothered me every time i saw it. Third, she had our dog infested house smelling like lavender which was amazing. She made our 10 year old carpet look like we bought it that day. she was amazing and so nice. she explained to us the importance of a clean carpet and told us things we definitely didnt even think about. She stayed and chatted with us for about an hour. Before she left she said that if we were to get her three new clients she would come and do a room for free, and SHE REALLY DID. i recommend her to ANYONE who wants their carpet leaned and believe me, it's more important than you think.
