The man who approached us was very aggressive and inappropriate.  This man was very condescending and arrogant.  I?m not really tall, and I wanted a couch that was 80 inches.  I didn?t need something that will last forever, but I wanted something decent.  Whenever I asked him something, his attitude was rotten.  Any time I asked him a question about a lower priced piece, he would migrate immediately to the higher priced pieces.  I said I wanted a gold couch, and he said that it was popular 70 years ago.  The insolence was appalling.   

I asked them how to get to the other store.  When I got there, some people approached me and told me that they saw me at the other store.  You get the impression that it?s high-pressure sales and it made me very uncomfortable.  When I got to the second location, they badgered me.  They said that if I go back to the original store, they would make me a deal.  I told them that I felt uncomfortable.  I would not do business with them because of the lack of professionalism.
