I came to understand that in the Septic business that there is a difference between "Pump Out" and "Clean Out". I expected a "Clean Out" and initilly received only a "Pump-Out". After I questioned the service the "Clean Out" was performed. There was no additional charge. Next time I will request the correct service and request pictures of the cleaned out tank.
