They don't cut corners and want their customers to be pleased with all aspects of their work and interactions. They're very responsive. The owner conducts the estimate and discusses options. If necessary you can call or email him directly for questions or other aspects. He often picks up right away. If he can't, he gets back the same day. Afterward, they ask customers for feedback. How many companies do that?
