 + -1 moreThey were great as usual. In the past they demo'd and removed old structures including the foundation, and closed off a well. We've also hired them to lay down new gravel over our driveways. Timely, efficient, professional, friendly and open to requests and suggestions, done the right way and at a reasonable cost. Kinsel Co. is not your typical contractor. They don't cut corners and want their customers to be pleased with all aspects of their work and interactions. They're very responsive. The owner conducts the estimate and discusses options. If necessary you can call or email him directly for questions or other aspects. He often picks up right away. If he can't, he gets back the same day. Afterward, they ask customers for feedback. How many companies do that?
Description of Work: They installed a septic treatment and drainage system after providing us options understanding what our county health dept would approve. They handled all aspects of the permit application and and other paperwork, and coordinated both visits by the county and arranged a soil analysis with another company. The excavation, installation, and final county inspection were completed in one afternoon. Due to an equipment issue, they had to come back to smooth over the site and reseed, cover w/straw mat, and fertilize. While there, they also installed a clean-out on a septic line we felt we needed, and fixed 2 loose connections they discovered on another nearby line--all at no additional charge. Afterward I asked Josh if he could help out a neighbor with questions about her septic treatment system after the plumber who installed it wouldn't respond to her calls. Josh went over, went through her paperwork, and answered her questions and provided suggestions. She was elated.
