Although there were some challenges installing the equipment (garage was built in the 1920's), the installer did a great job in getting the equipment and doors installed. Overall it went very well.

Their price is a little high.

I would use them again in future.

Their quality stands out.

They are pretty good. I have got some problems with the appliances they don't hold up to what I thought they'd hold up to. They were okay, they came in and removed the old stove and hooked up the new one. They were very professional and courteous and did their job.

It was good. I got the outside wooden screen door.

They did a superb job.

Initially Home Depot offered to customize our cabinets to our specific needs.  They came into our home and told us the project would take 3-5 days.   The project started on April 2nd and ended on May 5th.   The person that installed the cabinets was wonderful, however Home Depot was horrible.  The measurements were incorrect and the materials had to be re-ordered.  Home Depot was slow to resolve the problem and have yet to compensate us for their mistakes.  My husband had to take off work to watch this project to ensure everything was okay.  I am extremely disappointed in Home Depot. 

I didn't have a very good experience with them., so I'll go and use them  only when I have to.

I didn't need help, I knew what I needed and just when in and picked it up. Merchandise is always in stock. You can find what you need there.

Their customer service was awesome. They had a sales consultant come out and run through prices and help us, and quote us a price. They had a project manager come out and she was the one on the job site, making sure everything was okay. All the installers were awesome. It was a very pleasant experience. I would use them again in the future.

I chose them because the place where I had previously hired a truck from was closed, and this place was closer to the storage facility. They have just started in this business, and their service is not excellent, it took longer to go through the truck rental process than it took to move all my things, but the truck they gave me was much better than the one I got from the other company. The employees themselves were terrific, but there seemed to be a lack of leadership from the Home Depot executives, they really didn’t train their people on how to do this.

I was satisfied with most of the materials I bought from them (paint, windows, etc.) and the service and price were very good.   I also had them install some of the things as well.  In the future I probably wouldn't use them for installation unless I compared prices because I think I might be able to do better working directly an installer myself.  Also, I didn't think the bamboo flooring I bought from them was as high a quality as it needed to be, but that's probably a case of getting what you paid for since it was less there.
