Job was bid to three contractors and awarded to MBC on two fronts -- competitive price and quality of work compliments from references. Matt estimates the job and provides back office support and schedules. Bill is the on-site general. The construction went well with no more surprises than normally come up with a good size construction job. They were flexible regarding finished materials -- we provided a lot of the finished plumbing and cabinets ourselves (we are particular in what we want and having it pre purchased prevented delays). The extras were priced fairly and no "gouging" happened when decisions had to be quickly made. We hope to never have a major construction again (like a big weddiing, you do it once, then never again!), but if we did, we would use MBC for the job.
