Great. Frank was prompt and knowledgeable about sewers. He explained the process and the problem. I was also given some good advice on follow-up steps that could be done.

Frank was great. He did a terrific job and cleared more of my line than most anyone has in the past. He has a jet rodder, which is way more effective than a cable system. Super happy.

Frank (McCoy sewers) was the third plumber I frantically called for help after noticing my basement was flooded on a Saturday evening. No one else was available to assist so I was relieved when Frank answered my call and came directly to my home. Not only did he get the job done right away, but he was also fair, honest, knowledgeable, and comforting during such an unexpected and stressful crisis. He is hands down, the best plumber ever. It turned out that I needed to replace my entire basement floor tiles and wall panels due to water damage. Frank waited patiently and sat on hold with MY insurance company to make sure my claim was filed properly. I can not thank him enough for his prompt service, amazing work, and extra efforts going above and beyond what was expected of him. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Frank, from (McCoy sewers) for doing such an impressive job handling my disaster!!!

He reset the garbage disposal and did not charge me the amount quoted

Went very well they were clean and prompt. They had to open up the downstairs bathroom ceiling to get at the pipe and only cut the minimum needed. I would and will hire these guys back in a hot second.

Frank came out on a Sunday afternoon at a time that met my schedule, and diagonosed my issue quickly. He left to get parts and was back a few hours later to completely fix the leak. I called and spoke to Frank on Saturday late afternoon early evening. Frank came to our home and replaced our ejector pump that same evening. Not just any evening but the evening of the NCAA championship game and DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA!! Frank was solid in every way, punctual , polite, informative and cleaned the work area when done. No down side.

Frank came out and replaced pipes under sink below estimated cost over phone.

Frank from McCoy Sewers was the only on that offered 24 hour service and was willing to come out at night not have me wait until morning. Will be sure to use him again.

I had a low water pressure on my bathtub faucet. There was lot of sediments that was collected, and that s why the water pressure was low, and he cleared them out. He did a very good job. He was professional, and the quality of work was good.

Fabulously!! My husband is critically ill, having already spent 7 months in the hospital and 51 days in intensive care. In the middle of this latest blast of extreme weather, the kitchen sink backs up and the elbow breaks. Needed to find someone who could come out on the weekend quickly as my husband goes back for surgery this Monday. Joined Angie's List and found Frank's. What a godsend!! Bill responded quickly, (in less than 30 minutes), surveyed the problem, recommended the sink be rodded out as well and went to work!! In less than 2 hours, everything was fixed and running beautifully!! Bill was very helpful, (he recommended some basic maintenance that can be done to help prevent a future problem), and extremely professional. Was well worth joining Angie's List and finding Frank's!! Have other plumbing needs to be addressed when husband improves and will be calling Frank's and asking for Bill!! Simply could not be happier!!!!!

They were very good and very professional. It was the owner who came out and he was good to answer all of my questions and he seemed very thorough and they had a very reasonable price as well.

The leak was a simple fix, and he recognized that and didn't pad the job or overcharge me. He couldn't have been more kind and professional.

Getting a date was easy and the work was performed in half the time that was originally estimated.

We called Frank, and he was out the same day. He arrived almost an hour, after talking to him. He ran into a problem with the sink, which I expected, and he took the whole sink apart and did a great job. He rodded the sink line and installed PVC pipe, installed new faucets, and did a great job. I was very happy with him. The job cost what he estimated, and not a dollar more (I was expecting more because he ran into trouble). He was very honest, the clean up went well, and I plan to use him in the future.
