They did a phenomenal job. The workers were very polite, they were on time and very meticulous. I got quotes form other places and they were the most competitive one , price wise. They were honest and upfront when we run into some issues with the sub floor, and they were able to find solution for that.They went above beyond.

They really did a good job. They assured me that they'll gonna to come out and they did. They did the work and they have a reasonable price.

It was excellent. everything were explained. The price was good, the customer service was good and they cleaned up well.

They were very thorough, very conscientious, fair price and they are very concerned to make sure that the customer is happy.

I've, used them before, to resurface my hardwood floor, they did a good job on that, the that is why I called them again. Again they do good quality work in a reasonable price and I am happy with the service.

We attempted to handle the project on our own but quickly realized it required a bit more than we were able to afford time wise. I called Dan and he was very upfront and honest that he preferred not to come in on a job that had already been started, but he did so anyway. Not only are we pleased with the outcome of the floor, Dan made sure that it was finished within a reasonable amount of time. Working with this company was very easy and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dan and Mike did a wonderful job. Dan came out for an estimate and explained the process well. He was able to fit us into the schedule the following week. Mike arrived on time and worked really hard. He helped me choose a grout color that looked fantastic with the tile. He did a beautiful job with the installation. Dan checked in with me during the job to answer some questions. He carefully stained the transition strip to match my house. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was important to him. They worked well from start to finish. The floor looks great and I will definitely use them for future flooring jobs.

Here is a short summary of our long story:
Project - install ceramic tiles in dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms
1. We decided to fire the first contractor after he was more than 50% done with the job. We were NOT happy with the quality of the job. 
2. We contacted Kavanagh for an estimate to remove the brand new tiles and finish the job.
3. We hired Kavanagh and he started working within two weeks after signing the contract. Our work was done towards the end of summer, so we are glad he freed up some space to complete our job.
4. Our sub floor was completely unleveled so we had to hire a leveling company. Kavanagh recommended a company and they did a great job.
5. Kavanagh completed the job and we couldn't be happier!! The floor looks great, we are glad we fired the original contractor and hired Kavanagh.
We are thinking about remodeling the bathroom, we will most likely contact Kavanagh for the job.

.  I am very pleased .  I really appreciated Mr. Kavanagh's attention to detail.  He always verified what I wanted to be done so that there were no  mistakes.  He suggested a different color grout that turned out to be much better than the one I selected. He always communicated  what was going to happen and if I approved.  The experience was great.  I would recommend Him and use his company again if needed.  His tile guy, Mike was great- so very  kind and his work was outstanding.

Dan Kavenagh, owner of Quality Tiling responded quickly to our call and arranged to come to our home to see the scope of the project in just a couple of days from our call.  He gave us an estimate after measuring the room and area to be tiled.  He checked our previously purchased supplies to make sure that we had everything that was needed to complete the job.  He emailed me a copy of the contract on Sunday and started work the following day.  The actual tiling was installed by Miguel.  Miguel arrived punctually everyday, did a meticulous job in installing the tile.  Where drywall had been installed over plumbing pipes there was some unevenness in the dry wall.  Miguel cut out these areas of drywall and fitted them back in removing the bumps.  We had a line of glass tiles that was used around the room and every wall is exactly aligned.  The company is very big on the prep work and the results were just spectacular.  When the job was finished and we were prepared to pay the remainder of the contract, Dan had us hold off so he could review the labor time involved and felt that he could give us a break on the amount of the contract.  He emailed us another bill with a $280. savings.  How many contractors would do that.  Would I use this company again, Yes, in a heartbeat.

Arranged for Dan's guy Mike to come to the house and review the job.  Mike was very courteous and professional and most importantly did an excellent job.  They gave us a good price and did the work for the quoted cost.  The job was done well, in a timely manner, within the quoted price and the job was left clean.  I would recommend them and plan to have them out to look at future projects.

It took them a day and a half. If I do any more flooring work, I will definitely be giving them a call.

Called Dan in to give us a quote and he went through all the rooms with us. Then we discussed possible ways to do the work. We had some general ideas about the look we wanted, and then he came back with samples. This included a little pattern on the backsplash behind our new range. The samples were pretty much spot on as far as what we wanted, both the look and the cost (this was a remodeling project prior to selling our house, so we wanted it to look as good as possible, but at a good price). The pattern was mostly his idea and really added a lot to the work. We acted as the general contractors for the work, and it ran over the holidays, so we did a lot of juggling with the schedule. He came back at three separate times over a couple of months to do each of the different rooms.
All the work was excellent and Dan was great to work with. We had some trouble with the contractor we used for hardwood flooring and since it turns out Kavanaugh does that, too, we wish we have worked with them on that.

Overall we were very impressed with his timeliness, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and did the job right. The process in working with him put us at ease and the quality of work provided was impeccable. His team of workers were very clean and extremely quick at the job. We couldn't haven chosen a better company to re-do our kitchen/laundry room floor. We would recommend and use him again without a doubt!

This was a class act from start to finish.  Dan, the owner came out and really walked my wife and I through process and product, which for us was great.  We had already gotten estimates from local "tile and carpet" stores and was trying to determine what an appropriate cost would be since we had already received 2 widely dispersed estimates. 
Dan gave was great by providing insight that helped us to narrow down to what worked for our house.  We signed off on terms and he worked with us to tie down a date for installation.  We were a bit reluctant to give up the time to get the job done (planned  5 days), but in hind sight I think the investment of time (7 days) definitely shows in the work.  
They started their demo on Monday...and all of the scraps were carted out Monday evening.  They worked with us throughout to make sure we could function without the normal hub of our house.  They used plastic everywhere which helped to minimize the dust we got in the house.  
We really appreciate the work and professionalism of Dan's entire team.

These are true professionals. Dan came out and planned the project, Mike was the installer. The work was done as promised and the quality was a lot better than we hoped for. It was done so well that we are considering using them to do our other bath room and the kitchen floor. If you have a wall or flooring tile project this is the company to use. No regrets.
