All animal removal Inc

Animal Removal Inc. went to my house and removed a live bird from my chimney but later when I hired another company to do the maintenance in the chimney, I learned that I had some dead animal inside, I called Animal Removal many, many times and explained to them the situation, finally the same person who removed the live bird in my chimney went to my house and I showed him the pictures that the other company I called to do the maintenance took from the chimney and he told me he couldn't do the job because he didn't have the necessary tools to remove the animals and they only removed live animals, he also told me that the Manager would call me and work with me to send me a check since they couldn't do the job, but they never did, I contacted them many times in different ways, email, phone calls, texts, I left several messages but they never replied to any of my messages, I am very disappointed at them, I would never hire that company again and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They never had the courtesy in calling me back or replied to my messages. Now I have to hire another company and pay more than $ 300 dollars to have these animal removed from my chimney
