They explained that they would evaluate it and give me a call to verify that I wanted to pay the price to have it repaired. If I chose not to have it fixed, they would keep my $60 deposit. I said no problem. When they called the next week to give me the estimate, they said they couldn't fix it since Haier no longer sells parts for that product but still kept my deposit! How is it that a repair company admits they can't repair something and still keeps the deposit? Whoever does business with them, just be warned - make sure your product isn't "old"

top oven stopped working and contacted service contract company to schedule service-they gave me a specific date.  I took a day off work-no one showed although i had rec'd a call in the am telling me that i would have service that day, please confirm by pressing x.  when no one showed, i contacted a&g (identified as service company by contract company) who stated they did not have part yet and they had not called earlier in the day although my cell phone clearly gave their number. said they didn't even have my cell number, also didn't have my model number.  
ok, perhaps honest mistake?  
gave them correct number to call and model number.  when notified part had arrived and rescheduled service, this time only took off 2 hours of work.  nice guy showed and all seemed good, however, wrong part either delivered or ordered-so another waste of time off from work.  
notified this week that part came in and scheduled service again for today.  rec'd call on cell this am via vmail that service would be today, with rep to call with shorter window.  arranged for family member to be home all day for this.  rec'd call this afternoon on my cell from service person that i missed in the FIVE MINUTES that i did not have cell with me (about 3:40pm).  immediately returned call to the number that had called me and got no answer, and "voicemail not set up"......repeatedly; then it went directly to no vmail, so obviously phone turned off (hey-no need to go on THIS call--early weekend--BONUS!).  repeatedly tried to contact the main office as directed to reschedule-also went to vmail.  so although "hours of operation" are to 5:30, at least today PHONE hours stopped by 4pm if not sooner.  \
If I didn't have to use this company because of service contract, i would never, ever use them again.

This company was referred to me by Samsung to repair our washing machine. They exceeded my expectations, especially by 1) how quickly they were in contact with me to schedule a service date; 2) the level of communication about the appointment; and 3) the ability of the technician, Pete, to resolve the issue and get our washer back in working order. The repair was covered by Samsung so I wasn't charged the labor and parts required to fix the machine. (On a different note, the only category on this review form available to me is 'TV Repair' when it should be 'Appliance Repair - Large."

I would use this service again if I needed them. They were really good. I used them every year for about five years. Anytime I called them for information about anything or equipment, they were always really good. They would send someone out to the house if needed. They would collect the items if necessary. They were always very timely, they gave me a time estimate and they got the job done in that time. They never lowballed the price. And when they fixed something, it was FIXED. The prices were a little high but I was willing to pay for the quality of the service I got.
