Called RJ Till at 9 am to make an appointment.  Ray made a point to go out of his way and add me to his list of stops during the day-even though it was at the end of the day after 5pm.

I was impressed that he did not charge me for the call and he said that the problem was not right thing for them to do.  So I actually ended up fixing the bath tub myself but it turned out way to be easier than we thought it was.  I appreciated the fact that they did not charge me when they did not do any work because a lot of times these plumbers generally have fees just to come out here.  

This time it was a clogged kitchen drain and he checked everything around there.  He got the job done quickly.
