Snow Removal
They would arrive up to 12 hours after the snow stopped -- so long that by then, we'd shoveled the walk and alley ourselves several times. They usually forgot to shovel the alley and would have to come back the next day after we'd complained, but again, by then we'd shoveled it ourselves because we had to get our cars out of the garage. They overcharged us for the amount of salt used. For the first visit, they charged us for five 40 lb bags of salt. We didn't go through 5 bags of salt all last winter. After we complained, they charged us for two bags of salt each time, even though we watched them and could tell they weren't using that much salt. I would not hire this company again for snow removal service.
