John was extremely friendly and professional. He knew exactly what he was looking for, and explained everything he was doing, as he did it. He also cleaned my AC unit, and checked the Freon levels; I had said that if he didn't have time, I would make another appointment. He said there was no need for another appointment; he had the time to check everything while he was there, and he said if he had come back again, he would have had to charge me more money. It's very nice to have a contractor be honest about not charging me more than necessary!
