Emerald was great on getting us on their schedule and the crew was friendly and professional. We also had an issue with a small room separate furnace which was not something they generally work on, but they found the part that was needed and had it working for us quickly.

The provider came out and was essentially being dishonest about replacing "irreplaceable" parts. He gave us astronomical prices on parts that did not need to be repaired and wanted us to pay extra for his services. Only offered to partially refund for mistakes and parts he replaced. I would not trust this provider because he does not do honest work.

Cl'd on Sunday afternoon, Father's Day. P/u & got someone from Emerald. We cld @ 2:30 & they told us they'd be there B4 5 & were on time. Svc cl $$ due to Father's Day. Honestly I think that $249 is too high. Normally $79.
